If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. Select Tools | Internet Options from the menu
2. Click on the Security tab
3. Click on the Custom Level button
4. Scroll 3/4 of the way down the list until you find Scripting
5. Make sure that Active Scripting is enabled
6. Click OK twice

If you are using Netscape:

1. Select Edit | Preferences from the menu
2. Click on the Advanced entry (at the bottom of the list)
3. Make sure that the checkbox beside Enable JavaScript is checked
4. Click OK
